Panipuri banana kaafi mazedaar hota hai! 😋 Yah ek popular Indian street food hai jo crispy puri, spicy pani, aur khatta-meetha stuffing ke saath banta hai. Yahaan ek simple recipe hai jo ghar pe bana sakte ho
🌰 Ingredients (Samagri):
Puris ke liye:
Suji (semolina) – 1 cup
Maida (optional) – 2 tbsp
Namak – thoda sa
Pani – as needed
Tel – deep frying ke liye
Pudina (mint leaves) – 1 cup
Dhaniya (coriander) – 1/2 cup
Hari mirch – 2
Imli pulp – 2 tbsp
Kala namak – 1/2 tsp
Bhuna jeera powder – 1 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Namak – swad anusar
Thanda pani – 3-4 cups
- Uble hue aloo – 2-3 (mashed)
- Uble chole ya matar – 1/2 cup
- Namak, lal mirch, chaat masala – swad anusar
Suji, maida, namak aur thoda thoda pani daal ke tight dough gundo.
Dhak ke 20-30 minutes rakh do.
Chhoti chhoti gol puriyan bel lo.
Garam tel mein deep fry karo jab tak golden aur puffed na ho jayein.
Tissue pe nikal lo taaki extra tel nikal jaye.
Step 2: Teekha Pani
Pudina, dhaniya, hari mirch, imli pulp aur thoda pani daal ke blend karo.
Usme kala namak, jeera powder, chaat masala, namak aur aur thanda pani milao.
Filter karo (optional), fridge mein thanda hone do.
Step 3: Stuffing
- Aloo aur chole ko mix karo, masale daal ke achhe se mila lo.
Puri mein chhota hole karo.

Thanda pani mein dip karo ya upar se daal do.
